This explains what information The Creator Launch Stack collects and how we use it. The short version: we collect only what we need to run the course, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Purchase details: your name, email, and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number
- Your account: your email address, so you can log in
- Your course progress: the steps you check off and the notes you type into the course
- Editor backups: your in-progress website and documents, including any photos you add, so you can pick up on another device
- Affiliate details, only if you join the affiliate program: payout and tax information, handled by our affiliate platform
How we use it
- To give you access to what you bought and save your progress
- To send you login links, your welcome email, and important updates about your purchase
- To answer your support emails
- To pay affiliate commissions, if you join
We don't send marketing emails unless you choose to sign up for them.
Who helps us run the course
These services process information for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts, progress, and backups), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email), and our affiliate platform (affiliates only). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Cookies and tracking
We use your browser's storage to keep you logged in and to save your editor work on your device. We don't use advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing jessica@hearthandwealth.com. Deleting your information ends your course access. We may keep purchase records as long as the law requires.
Children
The course isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. For big changes, we'll email you.
