Terms of use
Last updated September 26, 2026
These terms cover The Creator Launch Stack course, its templates, and this website, run by Hearth and Wealth ("we," "us"). By buying or using the course, you agree to them.
Your purchase
- Your purchase gives you personal access to the course and the templates included with the option you bought
- You'll have access for as long as the course is offered. If we ever stop offering it, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email so you can download your templates and finished files
- Your login is for you. Please don't share your account
How you can use the templates
- You can use the templates to build your own website, media kit, rate card, pitch, and invoices for your own creator business, and share those finished pieces with brands and clients
- You can't resell, share, give away, or repackage the templates or course content, including as part of your own product or course
No guaranteed results
The course teaches setup, skills, and habits. We can't promise any particular income, brand deals, followers, or results. What happens depends on your effort, niche, timing, and many things outside our control.
Other services
The course shows you how to use outside services, like Netlify, Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, Linktree, and email providers. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and pricing, which can change. We're not responsible for them.
Your content
Everything you make, including your website, videos, and documents, belongs to you. Editor backups saved to your account are used only to restore your work.
Affiliate program
Joining is optional. Affiliates must clearly disclose that they earn a commission and follow the rules on the Affiliate program page. We can end an affiliate's participation for breaking those rules.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
Support
Support is by email for questions about your access and the course content. We reply within 48 hours. We can't provide one-on-one tech support for your devices or outside services.
Limits of liability
The course and templates are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
