All sales are final. The Creator Launch Stack is a digital product, and you get the full course and templates right away, so we don't offer refunds for change of mind.
When we will refund
- You were charged twice for the same purchase
- You can't access the course, and we can't fix it within 7 days of hearing from you
- The law where you live requires it
How to ask
Email jessica@hearthandwealth.com within 14 days of your purchase with the email you used at checkout and what happened. We reply within 48 hours.
What happens after a refund
Refunded purchases lose access to the course and templates.
Having trouble?
Most access problems come from logging in with a different email than the one used at checkout. Try that email first, and check your spam folder for the login link.
